The owners of Villa Dedaun, the staff and the managing team are pleased to welcome you at Bingin, Bali.

We invite you to spend a few minutes to read this guide in order to optimize your wellbeing and experience while at the villa and around.

  • Your villa will be well cared & pampered by our friendly team.

    The cleaning team, Asih and Elisa, work discreetly from Monday to Saturday, 6 hours each day.

    The garden and pool staff, Budi, will make sure the garden is always green and luxurious and the pool crystal clear for you to enjoy a swim or just relax.

Eco-friendly villa

Electricity in Bali is a much-demanded resource. Power can be unstable at times and there can be some electricity shortage.
We simply invite you to turn off the A/C and the fans when you are out of the bedrooms and switch off the lights while at night or when you leave the villa.

We also encourage you to save the water, as it is a rare and expensive resource in Bali. Water from the city can regularly be shut off. We have a water tank for this kind of situation.
However we invite you to use water wisely (for example turning off the shower while you soap, turning off the taps while brushing your teeths or do the dishes,…).

Useful informations

CHECKOUT (11am)

Maximum checkout time is 11am. However, if we do not have guests coming after you, we can arrange a late checkout but we ask you to inform us as soon as possible.

For check out, please confirm the time by letting the villa team know.

If we do have guests after you and we need to prepare the villa, we can keep your luggage in our staff room so you can feel free to go around and come back later to collect them. Please let our staff know as soon as possible so they can assist you.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

As we asked you a security deposit when you entered the villa or you have one through Airbnb, please let us know within 24 hours if you notice anything broken or missing on your arrival. Otherwise any broken or missing item noticed after these 24 hours by our team will be considered your responsibility and the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

IMPORTANT RECOMMANDATIONS

¤ Bedrooms and bathrooms are strictly non- smoking. Smoking in the bedrooms and/or bathrooms will result in the loss of your security deposit and a fine of US$200 for special cleaning service.

¤ Should there be a misunderstanding with the staff, please do not forget that showing anger in Indonesia is rude and may offend seriously. Just like the Balinese, use humor instead and there is always a way to resolve the problem!

¤ Tips are very welcome by the villa staff!

¤ For your own security as well as for the security of future guests, refrain from bringing untrustworthy people into the villa.


MORE INFORMATIONS

  • Bed sheets are changed every 7 days.

    We provide you with bath and pool towels. All our towels are to remain at the villa and not to be taken to the beach or elsewhere to avoid loss.

    Towels are changed every 3 days (or 4 if on a Sunday).

  • The safety box is located in the kitchen. It is recommended to use it systematically as Villa Dedaun will not be held responsible for any loss or theft in the villa. Instructions can be found next to the safety box. As in any hotel, money shouldnʼt be left in sight. The villa will not consider complaints concerning theft of money or valuables that were not kept in the safety box.

  • We would like to remind you that tap water in Bali is not drinkable. The villa is equipped with a water dispenser that can be found in the kitchen. The gallon will be changed by the staff when empty.

  • Wi-Fi Internet connection is available in the villa. However the high-speed system isnʼt as efficient as you might be used to abroad. You may browse on the Internet, check and answer emails; but please do not download movies or music.

  • Infants and toddlers must wear swim diaper when in the pool.

    • LAUNDRY

    Laundry service is available at a very competitive price with our quality laundry partner. Our Housekeepers will collect it and call our partner laundry for picking up and delivery. Your laundry usually takes 2 to 3 days to be cleaned, ironed and returned. After the staff gave the clothes to the laundry, they will bring you back the invoice for which you have to give the money for them to pay when they go back to pick-it up. The staff will not advance money to pay the bill, they will not pick-up the clothes until you paid the invoice to them. We also ask you to add 15.000 IDR to each invoice for our housekeeper for the extra service.

    Important: Villa Dedaun will not be held responsible if any deterioration or lost occurs to your personal laundry.

    For laundry service, you can directly arrange with the staff on site.

    • SPA SERVICES

    An experienced and friendly therapist from Bali will pamper you on demand. She will treat your body with the best traditional techniques in Bali. Enjoy your massage in your bedroom or by the pool. Our massage team can also treat you with top quality pedicure and /or manicure services.

    • RENTALS

    Scooter from 93.500 IDR per day

    Ask your guest relation officer and get a scooter with helmets delivered at the villa door for your journeys in and around Bali. Specify if you need surf racks. Donʼt forget your international driving license and «pelan pelan » or « slowly slowly » on the dangerous Bali roads.

    Car from 450.000 IDR (ask for quote and discounts for long rentals)

    Ask your guest relation officer and get a car at an excellent price according to your comfort requirements, number of guests...donʼt forget your international driving license.

    • PRIVATE DRIVER / TOUR

    From 750.000 IDR for 10 hours

    Donʼt miss out visiting some of nearby Bali marvels without the hassles and stress of driving on Bali roads. Ask your guest relation officer to book your own private driver and a comfortable car. It will be up and ready for your memorable journey.
